Acceptable Use Policy

Adult photos and explicit permission

Only select or upload a photo of yourself as an adult, or of another adult who has given explicit permission for this use, including AI hairstyle processing when generation is requested. Photos of minors are prohibited. Permission to take a photo alone does not authorize its use here. You must also have the rights to use the image. Do not upload unauthorized celebrity or other third-party photos.

Hairstyle previews only

FaceShapeTryOn provides AI-generated hairstyle previews with facial features kept unchanged. Results are for reference only and do not guarantee a salon outcome. This is not a face-swap tool. Do not use it to alter facial features, identity or a person's likeness beyond previewing a hairstyle.

Prohibited uses

• Do not impersonate anyone, deceive others, harass people or create false or misleading depictions of another person.
• Do not upload, request or generate NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful or other unlawful content.
• Do not use this service for identity documents, identity verification, biometric identification or sensitive profiling.
• Do not bypass safety screening, access another person's private images or use the service without the required permission and consent.

Screening and enforcement

Before cloud generation, the complete generation prompt is screened through Creem's moderation service. Only an explicit allow decision permits generation; flagged or denied prompts and screening errors stop generation. Prompt screening does not verify the age, permission or contents of a photo, so you remain responsible for complying with this policy.

We may refuse generation, remove content or suspend or ban accounts for violations. A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credit under the existing task rules. See the terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy.

Report misuse

To report misuse, contact [email protected] with the relevant account, task or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not email photos or sensitive personal information. We review reports and take appropriate action under this policy.
