How long can I keep my images?
Your private results are available for 7 days. Download the looks you want to keep before they expire. You can delete a try-on from your account.
Can I request a refund?
Requests are reviewed manually. Used packs and partial or uncertain refunds need individual review. Deleting a generated image does not refund your purchase.
